Registration, Data Protection and Image Rights: Your personal data will be processed to register for the Plant Cell Compartments Symposium 2022. Storage and further processing of data that you submit is indispensable and the data are merely collected to prepare and organize the symposium. Your name and affiliation will be transferred to the hotel and will be used for room booking. Your data will not be shared with third parties for advertising purposes without your consent. Participants agree by registering to the symposium that their pictures may be taken by responsible persons during their attendance. The participants agree that the organizers might use these pictures (e.g. for social media, for symposium website etc.).
All participants must obey the Covid-19 related regulations that will be in effect in Sachsen-Anhalt at the time of the symposium. The regulations can be found in the webpage https://coronavirus.sachsen-anhalt.de/. All participants will be informed about the Covid-19 related regulations in the future by e-mail as well. Plant Cell Compartments Symposium 2022 will be a 2G (Geimpfte und Genesene / vaccinated and recovered) event. Therefore, all participants either have to be vaccinated against Covid-19 or have to be recovered from a Covid-19 infection. Proof of vaccination or recovery needs to be provided upon the arrival in the hotel prior to the beginning of the symposium. In case such proof cannot be provided, then participation in the symposium will be prohibited. Please note that if the regulations that are in effect during the time of the symposium state that all individuals participating in an event are obliged to have a negative test result regardless of their vaccination status, then vaccinated PCC22 participants will be expected to provide a negative test result as well. Participants who are exempted from vaccination due to medical reasons, are expected to provide proof of such exemption as well as a negative test result from a certified testing center or physician, which must be in accordance with the regulations that will be in effect during the time of the symposium.
